Healthy Banana Bread

With my Daddy not being well it’s more important than ever that he eats good healthy food. One way I like to help with this is to bake him some healthy banana bread. I hope you enjoy seeing and reading about the last time I made him some. Maybe you’ll even try making it yourself!

Ingredients

3 large / 4 medium well-ripened bananas
1 egg
1/3 cup of milk
1/3-1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 1/2 cups of wholemeal flour

First, mash the bananas!

Next add the egg, sugar, milk, baking soda and baking powder.

Mix it all up then blend in the flour (bit by bit).

Place mixture in a lined loaf tin (4″ x 8″) and bake at 170oC for about 45 minutes.

Wait for your banana bread to cool and then enjoy!
